Monitor-4 G.P.S. System

Designed for vehicles applying chemicals proportionate to ground speed, the Monitor 4 accurately controls liquid flow volumes dispensed using FMI-QB or MFC series chemical pumps. Monitor 4 ensures a more consistent and economical application of pesticide in accordance with EPA required label rates for various compounds used in ultra low volume applications.

Geotracker Software

Geotracker GIS mapping & data management software is developed by ADAPCO and designed for users of the ADAPCO Monitor 4 system. Geotracker receives all recorded flow and vehicle activity data about the spray mission wirelessly or from the Monitor’s memory card. All recorded information is converted to a shape file (map layers) format for display over street level maps and text for detailed reporting. Historical mission maps can be queried from the file database for complete replay or to quickly analyze precise locations on the map. Geotracker also provides simple management of all map layers, driver privileges, spray system access codes, chemicals and more. And because Geotracker is Windows based operation is simple and reliable. So whether you’re responding to a concerned resident or planning your next spray operation Geotracker keeps your employees accountable and your spray program on track.

Accuflow

Are you still relying on ‘fixed flow’ ULV equipment?

Accuflow is developed by ADAPCO and designed to accurately regulate flow volumes of d on the speed of your spray vehicle. When releasing compounds into the environment a constant rate of application is required according to EPA labels. Accuflow speed compensating technology offers a low cost solution while providing full control of your sprayer and FMI pump from a single in-cab control pendent. A second benefit to responsible ULV applications is a more efficient use of your chemical dollars while ensuring a sufficient swath is maintained for maximum mosquito control over the entire treatment zone.

Ground speed is monitored using accurate GPS communication then processed in a closed loop control system to vary the pump speed while controlling engine throttle. Programmable entries include high and low spray speeds, minimum and maximum flow limits; manual or variable flow modes and selected speed alarms. Simple calibration and set-up is achieved with no additional software using your Windows based laptop or the optional hand-held calibration terminal. Also, drivers find the lighted cab control very safe and easy to use during nighttime operation. Contact your ADAPCO representative to learn how affordable updating your existing sprayer can be or navigate to the Guardian ULV page to learn about ADAPCO’s line of fully equipped professional aerosol generators.

MFC Pesticide Pump

In addition to the FMI series of piston pumps, ADAPCO exclusively offers 1 12-volt MFC gear pump to the mosquito control market. MFC low flow pumps are continuous flow “no pulse” pumps providing very accurate flow rates from 0 to over 20 ounces per minute. The MFC design also includes fully integrated circuitry and no external sensors for years of reliable performance.

FMI-QB Series Pesticide Pump

No valves to clog or service. One Moving Part-Ceramic Piston. Drift free accuracy better than ± 1%. Moving the pump head piston changes the piston stroke length and in turn, the flow rate. Flow rate indicator provides for accurate and simple linear calibration. Offers the advantage of mechanical adjustment of stroke length, plus electrical control of stoke rate by voltage variation. Extended monitor shaft accepts ADAPCO’s pump control module for integration with Accuflow or Monitor 4.

FFast System

Connects to any water source, automatically pre-mixing water based Aqua-Reslin concentrate based on your settings. Works like a gas pump - simply pull up and squeeze the handle, filling the spray tanks. All the problems associated with mixing chemicals are gone - no contact with the chemicals and no handling oils.
